Today we will introduce you to the Cardio HIIT program, which is considered one of the effective programs for getting rid of body fat, despite this short period of exercise, and exercises are shown in the pictures below the topic.

First and foremost, running for 20 minutes includes 15 minutes, regular running, and the last 5 minutes. You run as follows: 15 seconds, running fast, 45 seconds running lightly, and you do this 5 times i.e. 5 minutes.

Exercise 1:
