The World Health Organization (WHO) has provided awareness-raising prescriptions for citizens of different countries of the world to take advantage of the time of household isolation experienced by many in response to precautionary measures imposed by governments to limit the spread of the Corona virus.

The Health Organization stressed the need to perform many physical activities to maintain the health of people at home until the end of this difficult period.

Among the activities recommended by the World Health Organization, do some strength and balance exercises, and learn to jump rope, and play active video games.
I also suggested that those staying in their homes learn about exercise lessons via the internet, in addition to dancing to music to stimulate blood circulation.

The World Health Organization confirmed that these physical activities are easy to do at home continuously; to maintain health well during the period of staying at home.

The organization sent a message to everyone whose content included: "Be active and stay healthy ... These physical activities you can do at home during the outbreak of the Coronavirus."
